We are looking for a Store Security Specialist on full time, 100 %, to join the Rusta Group Build-up, Property & Security team.

In your role as Store Security Specialist and member of the Store Security Team, you work with security in our stores. You are responsible for technical security equipment such as alarm systems and CCTV. You also perform security audits in our stores, ensuring high-quality execution, from booking to follow ups. Providing feedback on how the store follows our procedures to maintain a safe and high operating standard.
Rusta operates in four markets, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany. Therefore, communication skills, both verbally and written, in English and Swedish are essential for success.
Travel is required in your work; you have about 5-6 travel days/month. You are required to have a driver's license for a car.
Your main responsibilities in the Store Service team (among others) are:
· to work efficiently and with a solution- oriented mindset together with colleagues at Rusta, to ensure that the project goals are met.
· to always follow our established security standard while making necessary local adaptations. You are responsible for the ongoing communications with our suppliers. Responsibility for overseeing orders and following up on new production and maintenance tasks.
· to carry out Security Audits in assigned stores.
· Ensure that all work is characterized by a strong sense of order and structure, contributing to a well-organized security environment.
Your profile
Above all, you have leadership experience and a solid background in retail and/or relevant experience from security. You understand the challenges that exist in a store and can adapt your leadership style to different situations and meetings with managers within the organization.
You enjoy meeting new people, have strong communication skills and a passion for training and mentoring.
It is advantageous to have a post-secondary education, preferably in security. Previous experience in retail security or retail management is a plus. Position is located at the Rusta head office in Upplands Väsby.
