Rusta is growing, and we are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our journey!
In this role, you will have a key position in our store build-up projects and be part of a dynamic team that constructs stores according to Rusta’s concept.
About the role
As Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for planning and managing store build-up projects from start to finish. You will lead kick-off meetings, delegate tasks to project leaders, and ensure smooth execution. You will also handle travel arrangements, including booking hotels and rental cars for the project team, and follow up to make sure the project plan stays on track until opening day.
You will manage projects in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Germany, which means flexibility and readiness to travel for periods of 4–10 days is essential.
Between major build-up projects, you will work on project planning, smaller rebuilds, and practical tasks such as cleaning Tego ceilings – all to ensure our stores maintain top quality.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience as a project manager and in administrative work
- Has strong skills in Excel and other project management tools
- Is structured, collaborative, and enjoys working with people
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) as well as Swedish and/or Norwegian
- Holds a valid driver’s license and is able to travel continuesly (periods of 4–10 days)
Meritorious:
- Experience in working with planograms and signage in the system Shoppa

This is a full-time temporary position until 2026-06-30, with the possibility of extension.
Location: Travel-based role across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Germany
Preferred home base: Stockholm, Sweden
